2. Instructions

   Please submit your photos, videos, and answers to the Route 66 Scavenger Hunt clues via this form.  All uploads must include the number of the clue, along with the lead participant's last name, in the file name.  

   Google file types will not upload correctly via this form.  If submitting Google photos, please share your folder with your labeled photos to robyn@cityofwildwood.com (I only need permission to view the photos).

   If you experience any issues completing this form, please contact robyn@cityofwildwood.com. You worked hard for your raffle tickets. We will find a solution! If you email me by 11:59 p.m. on April 30th, I will still accept your photos on Monday, May 1st when I am back to the office. However, I MUST have an email before the deadline.

   Note: No item on the below list is required.  Your total points will be determined by how many clues you respond to as well as any additional bonus points.  

   A photo release must be submitted along with your photos and videos.  Please include a Minor Photo Release Form (with guardian signature) or Adult Photo Release Form with your submission.

   The City of Wildwood plans to use the photos generated from this event to promote its historic Route 66 corridor and encourage tourism along it. 

   There is an opt out option located at the bottom of the form.  You can opt out without being disqualified from the event.  However, those who sign the release will receive +2 bonus points in appreciation!
