[ARCHIVED] NOW AVAILABLE!! - Online Permitting Option

Online Permitting Option MyGov (Spotlight) (1)

A new interactive online option for permitting purposes is now available!!! Click the buttons below to explore the tool and learn more about becoming a Collaborator in order to submit permit applications.

MyGov Portal Button

MyGov How To Button

This online portal, created with our partners at MyGov, offers online applications and the ability to:

  • Track the progress of permits for special events, grading, buildings and structures, and more.
  • Report maintenance issues that need to be addressed relating to public roads, sidewalks, street trees, parks and trails, and more.
  • Report possible Municipal Code violations, like tall grass, barking dogs, property maintenance issues, and more.
  • Provide access to another great interactive mapping tool, with information about individual properties.

This new online system provides a new option, but the City will continue to accept hard copy application forms accessed on the City’s website and at City Hall, and reporting issues by contacting relevant City Team Members. For those interested, educational items on how to utilize this new program and track applications or reports will be available on the City’s website.

We are excited that this new tool will help a broad range of people and provide a more efficient way to complete necessary permitting processes and report issues that may need to be addressed by the City. If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at (636) 458-0440.
