This event date has been modified from its original schedule of October 7th and instead will be held on Tuesday, October 13th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Department of Planning will be hosting an opportunity to talk with its planners about new regulations that are being proposed, such as the Special Circumstances Overlay District (SCOD) or other planning topics of interest to residents. The discussion will be held at City Hall, in City Council Chambers, online via Zoom, and broadcast on the City’s YouTube channel for viewing. The format of this discussion is intended to accept questions and comments and respond accordingly by the Department, which means there will be no formal presentations on these items or others.
Given COVID-19, the City Council Chambers (Wildwood City Hall, 16860 Main St., Wildwood, MO 63040 - first floor) does have attendance limits that must be adhered to relative to number of attendees. Also, social distancing must be practiced, and masks are required as well. Given the informal nature of this discussion, accommodations can be made for this requirements and format, which will include seating at the dais and other areas of the room (a minimum of six (6) feet apart). Those wishing to participate in the meeting via Zoom, can use this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84539437346?pwd=czRzand2cm5VZy94Z2RMMEpTVW93Zz09 (Meeting ID: 845 3943 7346) (Passcode: 271032). Anyone wishing to observe the meeting, but not ask questions, can do so on the City’s YouTube channel: www.cityofwildwood.com/youtube
