A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the R-3 10,000 square foot Residence District, with an associated Planned Environment Unit (PEU), for the installation of roof-mounted solar panels, which are to be so situated on the subject dwelling as to be visible from the adjoining roadway, with such being located on the south side of Birch Forest Drive, west of its intersection with Forest Leaf Parkway (Street Address: 16560 Birch Forest Drive/St. Louis County Locator Number: 23V610034). A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the R-2 15,000 square foot Residence District, with an associated Planned Environment Unit (PEU), for the installation of roof-mounted solar panels, which are to be so situated on the subject dwelling as to be visible from the adjoining roadway, with such being located on the west side of Clayton Woods Court, north of its intersection with Strecker Road (Street Address: 1541 Clayton Woods Court/St. Louis County Locator Number: 22U510404). This request is to be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 415.130 R-2 15,000 square foot Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Ordinance, which establishes standards and requirements for the installation of solar panels. The requested permit is required due to the panels’ placement on the rear facing area of the dwelling’s roof, but visible from the adjoining roadway (Strecker Road), given the lot’s double frontage. A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the R-1 One Acre Residence District, with a Planned Environment Unit (PEU), for the installation of roof-mounted solar panels, which are to be so situated on the subject dwelling as to be visible from the adjoining roadway, with such being located on the northwest side of Lace Bark Court, at its terminus (Street Address: 1503 Lace Bark Court/St. Louis County Locator Number: 19V210422). This request is to be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 415.110 R-1 One Acre Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Ordinance, which establishes standards and requirements for the installation of solar panels. The requested permit is required due to the panels’ placement on the side facing area of the dwelling’s roof, thereby causing them to be visible from the adjoining roadway. (Ward Two)

A request for the on-going operation of an existing telecommunications tower and facility authorized by P.Z. 25-97 Sprint Spectrum, L.P. (Marianist Retreat Center); Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the NU Non-Ur and obtain the Planning and Zoning Commission’s action on ban Residence District; east side of State Route 109, south of Old State Road; under a one (1) year renewal allowed by the existing conditions of this site-specific permit. (Ward Six)

The review and consideration of a request by Jeremiah Kirberg, being dated September 13, 2023, regarding P.Z. 5-22 New Community Church; Amended C-8 Planned Commercial District (Town Center ’Workplace District’); south side of Manchester Road, west of Taylor Road (Street Addresses: 16830, 16832, 16832-A, and 16840 Manchester Road/St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 24V630352, 24V630011, 24V610068, and 24V520202); which requests up to a twelve (12) month extension of time to allow for the submittal of the required Site Development Plan (SDP) for this project to the Planning and Zoning Commission for its review and action. A review and consideration of a request regarding P.Z. 28-21 Ashleigh Grove, Cypress Real Estate, L.L.C.; R-3 10,000 square foot Residence District, with a Planned Residential Overlay District (PRD) (Town Center ‘Neighborhood Edge’ District); west side of Center Avenue, south of its intersection with Manchester Road (Street Address: 2623 Center Avenue/St. Louis County Locator Number: 24V420032); which requests up to a twelve (12) month extension of time to allow for the submittal of the required Site Development Plan (SDP) for this project to the Planning and Zoning Commission for its review and action. (Ward Eight)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
