Properties – Former Jack-in-the-Box Restaurant); Property Address: 16590 Manchester Road/St. Louis County Locator Number: 23U120491; Amended MXD Mixed-Use Development District; Town Center ‘Downtown’ District. Proposed Use: The re-development of the site with a mixed-use building, inclusive of a commercial component (first floor) and residential units (upper floors) at this location. This redevelopment would be preceded by the demolition and cleanup of the current improvements located on the site.
