Discussion of the preliminary design concept for five (5) total lots within the Town Center Area, generally located on the north and south side of New College Avenue, west of West Avenue (P.Z. 23-21 Westridge Commons c/o McBride Berra Land Company, L.L.C.); Property Addresses: 17005, 17001, 17010, 17006, and 17002 New College Avenue/St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 24V420313, 24V420362, 24V420331, 24V420340, and 24V420351; R-6A 4,000 square foot Residence District, with a Planned Residential Development Overlay District (PRD); Town Center ‘Neighborhood General’ District.
