Discussion of the revised design concept, along with architectural elevations, associated with a seven (7) acre parcel of ground located on the southeast corner of the intersection of State Route 100 and Mueller Road (Street Address: 17800 Mueller Road/St. Louis County Locator Number: 23W130117); NU Non-Urban Residence District. These additional items were requested by the Committee, prior to it recessing its June 27, 2023 meeting, until such time they could be provided. Proposed Use: Cultural Center, with a range of activities, including classes, with associated parking and stormwater management facilities.
