Review of plans for proposed alterations, i.e. sliding glass window and patio area, to an existing historic commercial building, previously known as Rettker-Fick-Funk’s General Store and also as the original Wildwood City Hall (1995-2009), located at 16962 Manchester Road (Locator Number 24V510504, Grove Subdivision – Lot 1, Wildwood Town Center), a structure that has been surveyed and included in the City of Wildwood Historic Building Inventory. The structure was built in 1980, according to St. Louis County records (which reflects only the addition to it), but circa 1890 from information provided by the surveyor from the State Preservation Research Office. The applicants plan to utilize the original portion of the building for a fast-food restaurant, with walk-up juice business. (Ward
