P.Z. 25-21 Patrick Tueth, 251 Cherry Hills Meadows Drive, Wildwood, Missouri, 63040

Seeking the review and action of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the requested installation of an outdoor game court, which will be twenty-five (25) feet by thirty-eight (38) feet in size, and to be located at 251 Cherry Hills Meadows Drive (Locator Number 24V340628); R-3 10,000 square-foot Residence District, with Planned Environment Unit (PEU). This request is to be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 415.1400 R-3 10,000 square foot Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Code, which establishes standards and requirements for outdoor game courts relating to their consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission. In this instance, the proposed game court is to be situated on this 0.2 acre parcel of ground, to the west of the existing single family dwelling that is located on the subject property. The Department of Planning will have a recommendation report on this request prepared for consideration at this meeting. (Ward Eight)

An update report prepared by the Department of Planning regarding P.Z. 10-21 through 19-21 Planning and Zoning Commission c/o Department of Planning and Parks, City of Wildwood, Missouri, which is intended to provide the Planning and Zoning Commission, as well as members of the public, information regarding the consideration of the application of the Special Circumstances Overlay District (SCOD) to certain identified properties within the City of Wildwood, as well as allow the City Attorney and Department of Planning and Parks to respond to previous questions regarding the same. (Wards Two and Four)

An update of the Master Plan’s application over the last five (5) years, since its last update and adoption in 2016 – status of implementation of goals, objectives, and strategies of this planning document. (Wards – All)

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
