A recommendation report from the Department of Planning regarding the acceptance of a set of alleys that were platted as private, which are part of the Windsor Crest Subdivision (P.Z. 21 and 21a-02 and 22-02 Windsor Crest c/o McBride and Son Homes, Inc.); with said review being consistent with the requirements of Chapter 89 Zoning and Planning of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, when the City considers acceptance of major capital improvements. (Ward One)

P.Z. 17-23 Cathy and Steven Johnson, 303 Wardenburg Farms Drive, Wildwood, Missouri 63005

A request that seeks the review and action of the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding a proposed outdoor game court (pickleball court) located on the west side of Wardenburg Farms Road, south of its intersection with Wild Horse Creek Road (Street Address: 303 Wardenburg Farms Drive/St. Louis County Locator Number: 19W640192); NU Non-Urban Residence District. This request is to be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 415.090 NU - Non-Urban Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Code, which establishes standards and requirements for outdoor game courts relating to their considerations by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The proposed outdoor game court addition, i.e. pickleball court, is situated on the west side of the existing residence, which does constitute an accessory use to the existing single family dwelling, the lot’s primary activity. (Ward Three)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
