Receive and File

1.

A request of the Department of Planning for authorization to post for a public hearing the matters relating to Wayfinding Signs at other locales within Wildwood’s Town Center Area, which would be consistent to the types already in place within the State Route 100 right-of-way, such being undertaken as part of the City’s Great Streets Project that was completed in 2015. (Wards One, Four, Five, Seven, and Eight)

2.

A recommendation report prepared by the Department of Planning for the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding P.Z. 11-01 Ameren UE; that addresses the petitioner’s requested action on an Amended Site Development Plan (ASDP) for the installation of the second, allowable low-sound transformer and related improvements, including towers and arbor structures, all to be situated on the 28.06 acre tract of land that is located at the intersection of State Route 109 and State Route BA; NU Non-Urban Residence District, with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP); which supports the requested additional electrical upgrades and improvements at the aforementioned site. (Ward Three)

3.

A recommendation report prepared by the Departments of Public Works and Planning for the Planning and Zoning Commission on engineered plan sheets and related items for the Old State Road Shared-Use Path Project; north side of Old State Road, between Nantucket Meadows Drive and Old State Place Drive; R-2 15,000 square foot Residence District, with a Planned Environment Unit (PEU), and R-1A 22,000 square foot Residence District, with a Planned Residential Development Overlay District (PRD); that supports the construction of a ten (10) foot wide shared-use path to accommodate safe access and connectivity abutting this major, St. Louis County arterial roadway. (Ward Six, Seven, and Eight)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
