Discussion of a design concept for a residential development on an approximately eight point five (8.5) acre tract of land that is located at the northeast corner of State Routes 100 and 109, west side of Taylor Road (formerly Eatherton Road) (St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 23V140162, 23V140218, 23V140245, and 23V140227/Street Addresses: 17150, 17130, 17100, Taylor Road and 2346 State Route 109); NU Non-Urban Residence District and C-8 Planned Commercial District; Town Center ‘Workplace’ District.

Proposed Use: Thirty-one (31), single family detached dwellings, on individual lots, and associated stormwater management facilities, public rights-of-way, and required public space areas. (Ward Five)
