Requests an exception to the site-specific ordinance governing this residential subdivision for the purpose of replacing an existing retaining wall, upon the property located at 17603 Myrtlewood Drive [St. Louis County Locator Number 19V22038/Plat Two of Wildhorse Village Subdivision – Lot 235], thereby authorizing the new structure to be erected within a required thirty (30) foot undisturbed and ungraded buffer strip. This request is contrary to the setbacks established in Ordinance 13,944, approved by St. Louis County on June 2, 1988, and Chapter 415.110 R-1 One Acre Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Ordinance.
