Discussion of the preliminary design concept for a property located within the Town Center Area, generally situated at the southeast corner of the intersection of Eatherton Road and Crestview Drive (NU Non-Urban Residence District – Town Center Neighborhood General District, as adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 7, 2021). The proposed preliminary design concept includes an attached townhome and villa style residential units, with a commercial component on the northeast portion of the development area, as well as associated roadway improvements to future Main Street.
