A request for an exception to the Natural Resource Protection Standards and Procedures for the purpose of constructing a new single family dwelling upon the property located at 16515 Meadow Hawk Drive (Locator Number 25V330141, The Estates at LaSalle Subdivision – Lot 2), which would thereby authorize relocation of the Natural Resource Protection Line, as well as its associated twenty-five (25) foot foundation setback, to accommodate the placement of the proposed residence into an area currently protected from any disturbance.
