A review and determination regarding the renewal of an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the Amended C-8 Planned Commercial District granted by the City Council (via Resolution) on May 13, 2002 for a telecommunications tower and related equipment shelter. The Commission must consider renewing this permit on an annual basis. This facility is located on the north side of Clayton Road, east of Strecker Road (Locator Number: 21U120226/Street Address: 16497 Clayton Road). (Ward Two)

A request for the Planning and Zoning Commission to conduct a comprehensive review of, then consider potential changes to, City of Wildwood’s Municipal Code – Chapter 410 Tree Preservation and Restoration Code, and its associated Landscape Manual and Sustainable Plantings Guide, for the purposes of ensuring such are consistent with current techniques, reflective of ‘best practices, and accomplish the goals and objectives of the Master Plan of the City of Wildwood. A recommendation report of the Department of Planning for consideration and action by the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Amended C-8 Planned Commercial District (Workplace District of the Town Center Regulating Plan) on the north side of Manchester Road, west of Taylor Road; which supports the addition of new parking spaces in support of the site’s use for retail and future café activities, inclusive of pets, and refinements in other improvements associated with the same. (Ward Eight)

A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) within the NU Non-Urban Residence District for a 12.3 acre tract of land, of which 2,869 square feet of the total area of this lot is to be utilized for a 195-foot tall, monopole telecommunications purposes, along with associated equipment area, such being encumbered by a lease established for this purpose. This tract of land is generally located on the northwest side of Shepard Road, west of its intersection with State Route 109 (St. Louis County Locator Number: 22V140282/Street Address: 2001 Shepard Road – St. Alban Roe Catholic Parish). Proposed Use: A 195-foot telecommunications tower and related equipment area. The tower is proposed to be a monopole type, with exterior antenna arrays. (Ward One)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
