TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC AND DEFINED ENGINEERING INVESTIGATIONS AND ANALYSIS FOR THE SAME REGARDING SIX DETENTION/RETENTION BASINS IN THE UPPER REACHES OF THE CAULKS CREEK WATERSHED, THEREBY DETERMINING IF THESE FEATURES CAN BE UPGRADED AND RETROFITTED AND PROVIDE MORE ADVANCED STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ACCOMMODATIONS THAN IN THEIR CURRENT FORMS.
