A recommendation report on a Preliminary Plat for the Rieger Farms Subdivision that has been submitted by Triduum 3, L.L.C.; NU Non-Urban Residence District; 18300, 18320, 18320-A, and 18324 Rieger Road/St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 22X520051, 22X520062, 22X240018, and 22X240072); which supports the approval of the seven lot residential subdivision on this 36.98 acre tract of land, with each of these properties being over three acres or more in area.
