A recommendation report on a Preliminary Plat for the Rieger Farms Subdivision that has been submitted by Triduum 3, L.L.C.; NU Non-Urban Residence District; 18300, 18320, 18320-A, and 18324 Rieger Road/St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 22X520051, 22X520062, 22X240018, and 22X240072); which supports the approval of the seven lot residential subdivision on this 36.98 acre tract of land, with each of these properties being over three acres or more in area. (Ward One)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
