– request an exception to the Minimum Yard Requirements (General) for the purpose of constructing an attached garage and in-ground swimming pool, with concrete decking, in association with a new single family dwelling, which is also being constructed upon the property, all being located at 2449 Indian Tree Run (Locator Number 21V610212, Gruender Subdivision – Lot 1), which would authorize a side yard setback of thirteen (13) feet in lieu of the thirty (30) foot standard.
