P.Z. 26-21 Gettemeier Town Center Boundary Request, Edward and Patricia Gettemeier, 2655 Christy Avenue, Wildwood, Missouri 63040 – A request for an amendment to the Town Center Boundary Map of the City’s Master Plan and Comprehensive Zoning Plan to include one (1) property totaling 1.69 acres that is located west side of Christy Avenue, south of its intersection with Manchester Road; Street Address: 2655 Christy Avenue/St. Louis County Locator Number: 24W630054. The property is currently designated ‘Non- Urban Residential Area’ under the ‘Conceptual Land Use Categories’ of the City’s Master Plan. (Ward One)

ADJOURNMENT

City Council will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such others as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
