Receive and File - Two (2) Items
1.
P.Z. 14-20 Brian and Elle Redders, 17560 Garden Ridge Circle, Wildwood, Missouri, 63038, is seeking the review and action of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the requested installation of an outdoor game court that will be thirty (30) feet by forty-five (45) feet in size, and to be located at 17560 Garden Ridge Circle (St. Louis County Locator Number: 21V230092); R-1 One Acre Residence District.
This request is to be reviewed in accordance with Chapter 415.110 R-1 One Acre Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Code, which establishes standards and requirements for outdoor game courts relating to their consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission. In this instance the proposed game court is to be situated to the south of the existing single-family dwelling located on the subject property. The Department of Planning will have a recommendation report on this request prepared for consideration at this meeting. (Ward Three)
