Discussion of a design concept for a residential development on an approximately seven (7) acre tract of land that is located at the southeast corner of Eatherton Road and Crestview Drive (St. Louis County Locator Numbers: 23V210140, 23V210151, 23V210021, 23V220022/Street Addresses: 2442, 2448, 2454 Eatherton Road and 16928 Crestview Drive); NU Non-Urban Residence District; Town Center ‘Neighborhood General’ District. Proposed Use: Sixty-five (65), attached single family dwellings, in clusters of three (3), four (4), and five (5) units, including a commercial outlot, as well as associated parking, along with stormwater management facilities, public rights-of-way, and required public space.
