Last Friday each month - Senior Restorative Yoga A slower moving practice with supported poses, guided relaxation, meditation, yogic breathing, and an extended savasana (final resting pose). Extended holds of grounded postures creates deep restorative work that improves range of motion and joint mobility which can reduce pain. This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress. |
