B.A. 07-21 Kerry and George Stumpf, 15516 Peach Hill Court, Unit 701, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017 – request an exception to the Natural Resource Protection Standards for the purpose of installing a fence (aluminum type, to be 54 inches in height) upon the property located at 627 Old State Place Drive (Locator Number 24U240563; Old State Place Subdivision, Lot 1), which would thereby authorize this structure to be placed within the Natural Resource Protection Area, which is fully protected. The extent of encroachment into said area would encompass a majority of the rear yard area of this 0.45 acre lot, from the rear façade of the dwelling, along the perimeters of both side-yard areas, and include a portion of the rear yard space as well. This request is contrary to the requirements of Chapter 420.200 Natural Resource Protection Standards and Procedures of the City of Wildwood Subdivision and Development Regulations, Chapter 415.120 R-1A 22,000 square-foot Residence District of the City of Wildwood’s Zoning Ordinance, and Planned Residential Development Overlay District [PRD] #1147, which was approved by the Wildwood City Council in 2005. This particular request does not offer an exchange of protected/non-protected area, as a component of it, but does include a landscaping component. (Ward Seven)

B.A. 09-21 Patrick Tueth, 251 Cherry Hills Meadows Drive, Wildwood, Missouri 63040 - requests an exception to the Minimum Yard Requirements (General) for the purpose of constructing a sport court upon the property located at 251 Cherry Hills Meadows Drive (Locator Number 24V340628 – Lot 32 of The Meadows of Cherry Hills Subdivision), which would thereby authorize a rear yard setback distance of ten (10) feet in lieu of the required thirty (30) feet. This request is contrary to the requirements of Chapter 415.140 R-3 10,000 square-foot Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood Zoning Ordinance and St. Louis County Planned Environment Unit (PEU) Ordinance #16,676 [1993]. B.A. 11-21 Robert and Geraldine Specker, 16225 Berry View Court, Wildwood, Missouri 63011 - request an exception to the Minimum Yard Requirements (General) for the purpose of constructing a deck and screened pavilion area at 16225 Berry View Court (Locator Number 22U540382  – Turnberry Place Plat 1, Lot 708), which would thereby authorize a rear yard setback distance of twelve (12) feet in lieu of thirty (30) feet. This request is contrary to the requirements of Chapter 415.120 R-1A 22,000 square-foot Residence District of the City of Wildwood Zoning Ordinance and St. Louis County Planned Environment Unit Ordinance #13,439 that was approved in 1987. (Ward Two)

B.A. 12-21 Randy and Mary Bueckendorf, 2057 Wild Horse Creek Road, Wildwood, Missouri 63038 - request an exception to the Minimum Yard Requirements (General) for the purpose of authorizing the retention of a ground-mounted solar panel system at 2057 Wild Horse Creek Road (Locator Number 23X530105, Section 4, Township 44, Range 3 located north of Lehmann Acres Lot A) within the front yard setback area at a distance of twenty-three (23) feet in lieu of the fifty (50) foot standard, as well as retaining roof-mounted solar panels, which are situated on the existing dwelling, visible from an abutting roadway, and also encroaching into the same building line location. This request is contrary to the requirements of Chapter 415.090 NU Non-Urban Residence District Regulations of the City of Wildwood’s Zoning Ordinance. B.A. 13-21 Tony Rademeyer, 17808 Suzanne Ridge Drive, Wildwood, Missouri 63038, c/o Gary Sulin, GDS Properties, 200 Clearview Drive, St. Charles, Missouri 63303 - requests an exception to Minimum Yard Requirements (General) for the purpose of replacing a modular-block, retaining wall system upon the property at 17808 Suzanne Ridge Drive (Locator Number 21V430362; Oak Ridge Trails Subdivision, Plat 3, Lot 82).  The petitioners are requesting a one (1) foot rear yard setback distance in lieu of the fifteen (15) foot standard, at an overall height of eight point five (8.5) feet, which requires Board of Adjustment consideration. This request is contrary to the requirements of Chapter 415.110 R-1 One-Acre Residence District and St. Louis County Planned Environment Unit District Ordinance #17,648, approved by St. Louis County Council on July 14, 1995.
