Monument at (38.5806100, -90.6562060). Dedicated to William Morgan Butler who was in charge of St. Louis’ Yeatman High School and died in a car crash in 1923.

17250 Manchester Road. Built in 1875 as a tavern. It later became Pond Hall before William Kesselring converted into a store & bar in the 1910’s. After that closed, it became Wayside Inn and then Pond Inn. Currently being renovated.

The Farinella Farm at 17346 Manchester Road. The farmhouse was built in 1901 and the detached garage, barn, and 2 utility sheds were built in 1910.

The historic Big Chief Roadhouse at 17352 Manchester Road. Built in 1929 by William Clay Pierce of the Pierce-Pennant Oil Company with a Sinclair Gas Station (later a Conoco Gas Station) at the entrance and over 60 cabins in the back. The restaurant closed in 1949 and the cabins were demolished in the 1970’s. In the 1990’s, the restaurant reopened and has been in operation since.
