Yoga in the Park

Please join us for "Yoga in the Park" at Community Park!

In this class, the basic foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This class if for all levels of yoga.  The class will be instructed by Jennifer Minor.

This class will be offered for 8 weeks, on the following days and times:

Tuesdays9:30 a.m. 8/11, 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, and 10/1
Thursdays 6:30 p.m. 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, and 9/24
Saturday 11:00 a.m.(only 1 (one) Saturday session per month) 8/15, 9/5, and 10/3

You must register for each individual class that you want to attend (please only register for the sessions you can attend)

Further important & helpful information:

-Location: Community Park, located at 2153 Highway 109 in Wildwood, class will be held on the south end of the park, in the grassy area between the main pavilion and playground.  

-Bring your own yoga mat and water.  

-Childcare will not be provided, and the playground in the park is not open at this time.

-This class is free to residents, and $5.00 to non-residents.  

-Class size is currently limited due to social distancing requirements and therefore PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, (please do not show up the day of class if you have not pre-registered).
