Temporary Banner Permit Application

    Please provide the installation and removal dates, along with an aerial photograph, plot plan, and/or exhibit that clearly and accurately indicates the location of the banner, whether placed upon the building or other freestanding area on the property. In addition, please provide a rendering of the banner, with its height and length, so as the allowable square footage of thirty (30) square feet can be determined by the Department. You may submit up to three separate banner installations per form. Please be advised, a total of thirty (30) days may be utilized per year. Each installation is limited to five (5) days at a time and must be separated by a seven (7) day period between the next installation.
