Know Before You Go

Below are things you need to know before you head out to this year's BBQ Bash:

IMPORTANT: No pets - No coolers - No weapons - Lawn chairs welcome, but consider you may need to transport them on a shuttle bus.

Where do I park? 

There is very limited parking near the event site! 

Paid Parking
There are 2 lots that will have paid parking available next to the event grounds. Parking in these locations will be $10 and there is no in-and-out. No in-and-out means, if you leave the lot you will have to pay $10 to park there again.  
Parking funds collected from these lots will support student scholarships at STLCC-Wildwood and the Wildwood YMCA Annual Fund.

Free Parking
Free parking will be provided at several locations, with shuttle service.  These locations vary by day, so check the list carefully:

Friday, September 22nd:
Event grounds are open to the public from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Shuttles will be in operation from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Parking locations:

Saturday, September 23nd:
Event grounds are open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Shuttles will be in operation from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (Sunday)
Parking locations:

Sunday, September 24th:
Event grounds are open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Shuttles will be in operation from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

When is the Bash open to the public?

The Bash's hours are:

  • Friday - 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Sunday - 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
